Legislative COVID-19 Response Commission

The Legislative COVID-19 Response Commission (LCRC) was established to review expenditures from the COVID-19 Minnesota fund. This fund was created in the state treasury to pay expenditures related to a peacetime emergency declared by the governor in an executive order that relates to the infectious disease known as COVID-19. For fiscal year 2020 and fiscal year 2021, the commissioner of management and budget must submit proposed single expenditures from the COVID-19 Minnesota fund that exceed $1 million to the commission for its review and recommendations.
