Subcommittee on Executive Branch Councils

The LCC Subcommittee on Executive Branch Councils (SEC) is charged with carrying out the duties of the Legislative Coordinating Commission with respect to appointment of and other personnel actions regarding the executive directors of the four councils established under section 15.0145 and 15.0147.

The four Councils are:

• Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans
• Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage
• Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs
• Council on LGBTQIA2S+ Minnesotans
