The LCC provides nonpartisan support and access to resources across the Legislature on diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and language services.

  • Relationships – Building partnerships by engaging with individuals in a trusting and collaborative environment to achieve positive and lasting outcomes.
  • Partnerships – Providing resources, support, and access to opportunities to individuals seeking success in the legislative work environment.
  • Mentorships – Providing advice and guidance to individuals, both inside and outside the legislative environment, which focuses on the creation and development of practical experiences and opportunities.
